We are very pleased to have been invited to the podcast series “E-Health Podcast”. Already in April 2016, this first podcast in the field of e-health started in Germany and since then it deals with the most important topics, such as closed loop medication, telemedicine, ambient assisted living or patients’ rights law.<\/p>\n
In the current episode, Prof. Dr. Hans-Ulrich Prokosch and Prof. Dr. Thomas Ganslandt from Erlangen are in conversation with Prof. Dr. Bernhard Breil. The topic? – The medical informatics initiative<\/p>\n
The professors then go into detail about the structures and actors of the MII and, above all, about the aspects of the current funding phase 2023 (use cases). Thus, concrete applications and projects are addressed and an outlook is given on how the MII will be further developed in the coming years and which impulses it will set for digitization in healthcare.<\/p>\n
