The MIRACUM Symposium 2019 will take place in Mainz, Germany, at the University Medical Center Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz. We will present first patient-oriented research approaches and give an overview of the current status. We welcome representatives of the MI-I, the MIRACUM Use Case teams and Data Integration Centres, who will contribute to the programme with presentations and discussions. And of course we welcome physicians, scientists, politicians, industry and potential new partners, who are interested in participating in the MIRACUM projects.

From the international Airport Frankfurt you can reach Mainz city within 20-30 min with ICE, regional or city train, leaving every 10-15 minutes.
From Mainz central station you can take every bus line starting every three minutes from platform G (including 9, 62, 63, 67, 76). Alternatively you can also use the lines 652 and 660 starting from platform R leaving unregulary. Bus platforms Central Station Mainz.
After 4 minutes you arrive at bus stop “Universitätsmedizin, Mainz”. You arrive directly at the main entrance of Universitätsmedizin. Walking distance from Mainz central station is around 12 – 15 minutes.
Transfer from airport to the venue by car takes around 30 min.
Mainz central station is connected to long-distance traffic (IC, ICE) and regional Connections (RE).

From the Mainz-Süd motorway junction (Exit 21), continue in the direction of the city center and then follow the signs for “Universitätsklinikum”. From the Mainz-Finthen motorway junction (Exit 19), continue in the direction of the city center (Saarstraße) and then follow the signs for “Universitätsklinikum”.
You can park in the car park “Am Augustusplatz”. The entrance to the car park is “Am Römerlager”. There is also the opportunity to enter the main area or the underground car park of the University medical Center by “Czerny Weg”. Due to massive construction activities parking space is rarely available. The best possibility is to park at “City Port” and use one of the bus lines 9, 62, 63, 67, 76, 652, 660 from bus stop “Mainz – West / Taubertsbergbad platform B” right at the exit of “City Port”. Parking tickets can be used as valid bus ticktets in the Mainz city area for 24 hours and up to 4 trace people . Time duration for transportation to the University Medical Center 2 minutes.

We do not charge an attendance fee. For organisational reasons, attendees have to be registered. The registration period ended.
The MIRACUM Symposium 2019 goes again for a certification by the Landesärztekammer. Information will be updated as soon as available.
A social evening with dinner and music will be organised on 28th March 2019,starting 20.00 p.m. It will take place at Eisgrubbräu. Participation might be limited due to space restrictions.
The conference language is German.
